DJ Entertainment Services for Orange County Corporate Events
If you are looking for a DJ to provide entertainment at your next corporate event, let me share a story from the Long Beach Life Guard Association's 100th Anniversary where I was booked as the entertainment.
It is Saturday night and I am set-up on one of the rear outside decks on the Queen Mary, a lightening storm approached. As arranged, I was playing dinner music when the guests were becoming anxious.
With all my heart, I believe in making gourmet lemonade from lemons. With permission, I switched the “light jazz" to songs with the theme of "rain". B.J. Thomas, "It Never Rains in Southern California", Bobby Caldwell, "Come Rain or Shine" were some of the selections he chose. Many of the guests gave me the high sign, realizing we were not going to let the threat of rain hinder the quality of entertainment. It never did rain, and the guests enjoyed a beautiful lighting storm that rivaled the best fireworks shows; everyone was on the dance floor until the very last dance, and begging for more.

|  I met Art less than 24 hours before my Gala for 400 people. Within a thirty minute time frame, Art took a few notes and “got it”, leaving me not a worry in the world. The Gala evening was stellar, in large part because of Art’s excellence. There were many “moving parts” of our program, but Art was always on cue and the evening went off without a glitch. Like many others, you don’t realize the importance of a DJ until you hire and rely on one. I was happy to have the musical aspect of my event in the very capable hands of Art. Art was top-notch! He was entirely self-contained (had generator, speakers, microphones, etc…), read the crowd and tailored the music as the day evolved from athletic events to a post-event cocktail hour, and had a great attitude all day. He is perfect for an outdoor event. We had over 350 corporate professionals there and Art is perfect for that type of crowd.
