Orange County Wedding Reception Entertainment
One of the ways I am judged as a successful wedding Dj is by the dance floor. As you select your favorite songs on my website ahead of time, it gives me the chance to put together 5 or 6 power sets of your favorite wedding reception music. These power sets of 3 or 4 songs that I build come straight from the play list of what you think are the hottest, all-time songs that you want played at your reception.

I spend the last week before your reception listening to all your music looking for unique song combinations that are based on what you have selected. As an experienced wedding DJ, I am very familiar with all of the songs that pack a dance floor. But I use this final week of music preparation to fine tune my ability to get in-sync with what you think is the best wedding reception music. After all, it's your wedding!
It is during this time that I try endless combinations of your songs looking for several, great, undiscovered combinations that reflect who you are. I believe in practice and trying song combinations ahead of time. The more time I spend living with your reception music, the more I am going to build a packed dance floor that is about who the two of your are.
Being an interactive dj is not just about microphone time. It's also about how I treat your guests as they make a song request. One of the comments I will make to your guests is that I want to play their favorite requests. Everyone wants to feel special and I am all about letting your guests know how important they are to you through the dance floor music.
My job is to build the energy in the room to take your dance floor to a place all your guests want to be on. And that is a wedding reception with all your friends having the time of their life with each other and you and your new husband. My role is building the energy, catering to all your guests and taking none of the credit for the crazy time that was had by all your friends.
So, if you judge a DJ by the dance floor they keep. Know that I understand how to keep a packed crowd of all your best friends working moves that even they didn't know they had. I will play all the great music you choose for your wedding reception at just the right time, for all the right people...you and your friends.
Let's rock Orange County together and let them know that your wedding reception set the standard for unique, fun, and classy entertainment. Let's have your friends leave the reception talking about how your reception was the best they have ever been to.
And remember; when it comes to music and entertainment...women own the dance floor. It's just that simple.

 During our wedding, Monette and I realized 2 things:
1. Never underestimate the importance of the DJ at your wedding reception. All a DJ really does is push a few buttons and play some songs, right? Wrong! A good DJ knows what music is needed and when, he knows what’s appropriate and what isn’t, he keeps the evening flowing smoothly, and he’s professional enough to know that his role is to be the unsung hero as he makes the bride and groom look good in front of their guests.
2. Art Zippel is the only DJ you will ever need to interview. After our first meeting with Art, Monette and I both felt so comfortable with Art that he became the first and last DJ we interviewed for our wedding. Art is all the things I mentioned in item #1 and then some. He and Isabel make a great team, and they were an absolute joy to work with.
