Lighting tells your guests, "this is going to be a special time".

Example of lighting by Art the DJ

Whether your goal is a "Wedding Winter Wonderland" that is over the top for hundreds of guests or an "intimate gathering of your 30 closest friends", lighting is a signal to everyone what your expectations are for the evening.

As you can see by our samples below, it can be anything from subtle ivory colored up lights to over the top and then some. We want to work with you to turn your idea of perfect into a reality.

We welcome the chance to hear your ideas, show you sample of what we've done in the past and come up with something that will take your breath away when you walk into the room. It's just that simple.

Up-lighting

The color of all of our up-lights is controled by a digital controller which gives us the ability to create the perfect color to match your theme. This gives us the ability to set a single color for your lights or alternate between two of your colors.

Custom Monograms

Projected Patterns

We have hundreds of patterns to choose from that can be colored to march your color theme. These patterns can be projected onto floors, walls or ceilings.

Projected video

We can project videos, like what we did at this after party at the Disneyland Hotel. We covered a wall that was 65' wide and 18' high. When the guests walked in their jaws dropped.

Dance Floor

The dancefloor is an endless open canvas when it comes to lighting. Lasers, moving lights, haze machines, strobe lights, let's work together to find just the right combination.

Speciality Effects

Example of speciality effects from Art the DJ

Whether it's a mirror ball, strobe lights or atmospherical haze. Mirror balls were first used in the 1920's to create a dream like atmosphere. Strobe lights were made popular in the 1960's and are a popular hit to this day. A "haze" machine generates a fine mist that shows the columns of light but on it's own cannot be seen. Popular at concerts and clubs for creating a fantasy environment on the dance floor.

Testimonial

Hello Art! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job at our wedding reception! My husband and I had a blast and so did our guests! Our feet hurt for two days after the wedding because we couldn't stay off the dance floor! You and Isabel did such a great job accommodating the songs we wanted played along with requests from our guests. Thank you for working so closely with Ryan and me to chose the perfect songs that made our reception absolutely perfect and a day that we will truly remember forever!
Thank You, Ryan and Jolena Hubler
